Clyde and Floki

Clyde and Floki, 2 males looking for their homes!

When a large number of dogs live together and are left for most of the day without human intervention they don't always get along. This is not a slur on their characters, it's simply because of the circumstances in which they are living. It doesn't mean that particular dogs will not get on with other dogs under a different living situation.

Currently Clyde and Floki cannot be put in the enclosure which contains certain other dogs. Because of recent events, from today they have to be chained for their own safety. We are not happy with this, but right now this the only way we can guarantee their safety and that of all the other dogs at the compound.

Clyde is a lovely boy, around 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. His last two tests for leishmaniasis have given a reading of 1/100 which the vet informs us is considered as negative and he does not need medication. He just needs regular testing at 6 monthly intervals. He has a passport and is ready for travel. He is quite wary of new people, but would soon overcome his fear if he had the love and care that all the dogs under our care deserve. He loves cuddles from those that he trusts.

Floki is about 3 years old. He loves a bit of attention and will soon roll over for a tummy rub! He has leishmaniasis, and needs daily medication, but is otherwise in good health.

Please share these two boys. They don't want to be on the end of a chain for any longer than necessary.
